FAQ
Using Our products
Using your thumb, push up from the bottom of the tube. If you cannot free up your deodorant then gently warm the tube in your hands of a minute or 2 and then try again. Once it has been released the first time it should then move freely.
All of our products are preservative and stabiliser free and are made using natural ingredients. It is best to keep them stored away from heat or direct sunlight as this may cause them to melt. They are best kept in a cool, stable environment.
If you find that your deodorant is softening too much in the warm summer months then you can store it in the fridge!
In the cooler months your deodorant may harden, to apply, just hold it against the skin under your arms so it softens with the heat of your body, then apply as usual.
Stop using the product immediately.
There are a small number of people with a skin sensitivity who experience a reaction to the bicarbonate of soda in our beeswax and vegan deodorants. If you have sensitive skin and are concerned about a reaction then we recommend trying our bicarb free range specially formulated for those with sensitive skin.
Please contact us to let us know if you have had a reaction.
Our tubes are biodegradable so they can be put into your household paper recycling or even go on to a compost heap to breakdown.
